Age Limits ....

Did you know there was an age limit for an arm sling?

Been to accy vic today ..... had another one on friday .. took a header into a little coffee table and banged all my shoulder up .. its a mess .. and it hurts .. anyway went to the docs .. think its just badly bruised but just to make sure go and get it x rayed they may put it in a sling ... so off i toddled to accy vic .. and got it xrayed. He said its badly bruised its not broken .. luckily .. and gave me a sheet with exercises on it .. and not putting it in a sling cos you are over 40!!!! The benefits of being over 40

ive just started a relationship with a blind woman !Its quite rewarding but quite challenging ! it took me ages to get her husbands voice right

They are more subtle than that - they wait until you are 50. If you are healthy you get the speal about cholesterol and they give you statins, which will make you sick by 60.

shillelagh the reason you did not get a sling is your getting old and if you have badly bruised your shoulder its better to keep the shoulder moving and not put it in a sling as you could end up with a frozen shoulder.
and believe me its very painful getting it moving again
