Why would anyone buy a £10 Love To Shop voucher on ebay for £9 with £1 post and packaging?

The auction ended and the £10 voucher cost the owner £10
I wonder if they will dispute its arrival and claim the money back from paypal It makes me laugh when I see items for sale on ebay that are cheaper new with warranty in Argos.
