I have never ever saw a bus on the Grane Rd during the time I lived in Belthorn.

Just looked again -- service 244 Rossendale transport - catch it at 'Jubilee Rd' but have to walk from Mayfiled Ave to Jubilee Rd

Re: bus service that goes down grane road..

Its not that far down from Haslingden to St Crispin Way. In fact it is easier walking down than waiting for the bus. I walk it quite regular the only problem is walking back up!!! But if you are on Crispin Way walk back thro Carrs over the bridge (tis easier) and then walk along Cross St South and North and you come out at Hud Hey.

But if you definately want to catch the bus its the Helmshore Circular (11 and 12) that goes round that way but not every one. You catch that one in Haslingden Centre where you get off the Accy bus. If you do get that job buy a Weekly Rover - it will be cheaper than paying every day. The 244 goes down Grane Road as well.
