Derek Gas?
I used his services a few times - the last time was about 2.1/2 years ago.
His website no longer exists and he does not appear in this list Plumbers in Accrington, Lancashire - Accrington Observer Is his business no longer operating?

I have a small leak on the waste outlet pipe under the sink - I have now passed Derek's contact details to my landlord.
The 'plumber' she sent last week might as well have 'cowboy' tattooed on his forehead. He said that the whole sink unit needed to come out ! She knows that I am saving her money by not agreeing to that, and is glad that I can recommend someone.
