pilates classes?
hi all does anyone know where there are any classes in Accrington? specialist says i have to do it because of my back, so has anyone any ideas?

theres classes at haslingden sports centre beginners on thursday at 5.30pm, intermediates on wednesday at 6pm.
GP Referral Exercise Programme - Rossendale Leisure Trust i dont know if hyndburn sports centre does them.. give them a ring they may be able to help.

yoga classes whiteash school ossy thurs 7pm similar exercise to pilates only gentler
