Re: Shoulder of Mutton???

Shoulder of Mutton is in Holcombe Village, and is great if you want to have a walk up holcombe hill and have a drink afterwards. Dogs are allowed also and the food there isn't that bad..

Re: Shoulder of Mutton???

You're both right..SOM in Gt Howarth is a great little country pub, with good views, SOM in Holcombe is a great little coutry pub with a view of a rather good indian restaurant.

Your choice

There may be even more Shoulders of Mutton scattered about but I think misskitty means the one up at the end of Cross Edge. How odd not to have a phone.
