using photos

Technology and me do not speak, therefore I am really struggling.I have an item for sale in the correct place , I have taken photo of item but how do I put photo on same thead. I have tried to read instrutions on here but they same to put photos in zip file ???????? zip file ?????????. Can anyone please give me some simple instructions on how to add this photo .Thank you.

The photo need to be of a smallish size.
ubder the box where you tyoe your post you will find an option to Go avdanced
Click on that option and it will bring you to another box with options to browse your photo files
Find your photo from your files and then click on the upload button.
When the picture has uploaded click on the submit button(under the box where your text for the post is) and the photo should appear.
I have put pictures on the Woodnook renovation thread to help people understand trhese intructions a bit better.

If you can reduce the picture size to 800x600 pixels then you should have no problems with the upload.
