our dec's come down on the 1st of jan, but some people still have them up now, i still see some up on buildings all through the year

Took all ours down today, surprised how bare the lounge looks now, still glad to see the back of them though.

I've been taking mine down today, and loads of the bulbs on the pre-lit tree have just decided to die! Have now run out of replacement bulbs so am dreading putting it back up next Christmas!

Just took them down just before midday. It looks bare and it looks dusty especially with the sun shining in makes it look bad, going to have to get the duster and polish out

Phew ! Just done mine too Shill.. have we just made the 12 days after Christmas then ?
All up in the loft too .. thank you young Thomas next door for handing the two bottom pieces of my Christmas Tree up to me .. last year were still sat on the bed until May ..  Hands up all those who put their fairy lights back as they were packed when ya' bought 'em .. nobody I guess .. if you do .. you're sad That appears to be a work of art, wonder if it is hand done or by machine ? |

My lights were lucky they came off the tree..... the decorations and the tinsel are still on my xmas tree in the box!!! That way its ready for next year all i have to do is put the lights on it and what decorations have fallen off when i took the lights off!!!

lol, mine just get thrown into a carrier bag, then hope for the best nxt yr lol, just passed them up to hubby in the loft lol
and just noticed left out side lights on porch lol |
