Looking with hope!!!
Hi there
This is probably a needle in a haystack but I'm trying to find my brother who was adopted 40 years ago through Accrington County Court. Not sure if his adoptive parents were in the area, but I thought it would be a good place to start. His name was Steven Ball although not sure what it would be now, his date of birth is 3rd March 1970. I'm not looking to upset anyone just to make contact and know who my brother is. Our mother gave me a little information to go on but have been unsuccessful through the court as they say it is up to him to make contact. His birth mother is Dorothea Ball now Ryan and she is in Preston. Hope someone can help, thank you. Tric xx |
