St. Augustine's Youth Club, Huncoat.

Was a member of this Youth Club from about 1957 >> 63. Was very successful, and had lots of fun. Here are a few pictures, perhaps you are on there or recognise past friends.

The last reunion we had was in 1997, and John Taylor and his wife, Jean, worked extremely hard organising this and gave us an up-to-date list of past members, so may have details of where they are now.

Image4.jpg Sinbad. Yes, ok .. was the leading lady wearing a dress my mum made out of parachute silk.

Image5.jpg Football team, note Alf Hockett from the Woodnook thread.

st. a.jpg John is the one with the glasses playing guitar.

St. Augustines .. Group 1.jpg Atarah will recognise a friend on this one.

Re: St. Augustine's Youth Club, Huncoat.

Thanks for those photo,s katex, I remember all of the football team. I played on the "Pegasus" U-16 team which, I think, was the forerunner of the St Augustine,s team about 1958/59 and I think Willie Millar {Stanley player** was the trainer. Also had lots of fun at the youth club.
