St. James Accrington

Anyone remember St. James Accrington, say '55-'58.

My mum went there in 40's......Mr Day was a student teacher then and he later taught me maths in 70's at Chrissies....brilliant teacher!!!

I was there and so was the girl i eventually married 1950 to 1953 Derek Day was a teacher there along with Holgate, Miss Pickup, Barton the head
My tribute to my late wife was in the Observer last week under the heading
"Heartbroken husbands tribute to childhood sweetheart late wife"
Hope to find lost friends although i have found out some have died.

He also taught me maths at Chrissies 58 to 62
