Don't be daft Emzy .. I now go swimming 3 times a week . should see the sights in there .. no, not being cruel, just people with disability problems, autistics, limbs missing/stroke victims, elderly (like meself) .. with stomachs down to their thighs etc. Seeing your photo' you put up.. don't look too bad to me.

No, Em knows me, its not an excuse to get out of excercising, just the seriously upsetting issue I have with part of my body that i cant accept(that no ammount of exercise will ever get rid of but I have to try)

well you obviously havent tried swimming, it tones EVERYTHING up as i'm sure Kate will tell you

Flashy, I know what you mean but have been told by numerous medical proffesionals that no matter how much excersize I do it will not go (without surgery) which is why I am so desperate to lose any excess weight that I have and then I can get the surgery done. I am doing everything I can at the moment (which aint easy with the boys as i cant get out to any classes etc)

Howarth got offered surgery for probably the same thing you are on about, she never went for it though

Im currently fighting to try and get the surgery, beleive me, if i could i would have it tomorrow and I would be the happiest person alive if i did

emzy start swimming that's the best form of exercise you can do
and if you small children take them along with you,hyndburn sport center had a creche but don't no if they still have:o

Derek... i think the pm you just sent me saying how much you would like to see me in a swimming costume was sent to the wrong emma:eek::eek:...... no worries, happens alot :p :p
