Wanted - Fitness Equipment
 

Does anybody have ANY excercise / fitness equipment that they are after getting rid of (as cheap as possible lol)

I am getting desperate now but can no where near afford anything new so am hoping that someone will be able to help

Emma is right ya know, simple things like using the stairs will tone you up, as walking will hep to lose weight and keep you fit, sit ups with feet under the settee, fitness dvd's, some of the new ens are great, ya don't need fancy machinery for them

Just to mention I have certain medical problems which prevent me from doing certain things, or doing a lot of a certain thing. Am not lazy, but some times I am unable to do "weight bearing" excercizes (and i am currently in the process of trying to get these sorted with specialists but have been advised by them that certain excersize machines will help)

i have an elliptical cross trainer that also doubles as a bike
£100 was 200 new

oh my god i LOVE swimming, 40 lengths in 40 minutes :D it REALLY is good for toning up, if you need anyone to go swimming with Em i'll go with ya :D:D:D:D


its my second favourite form of exercise :D:D:D

Dont do swimming, will NOT be seen in a swimming costume :(
