Your epitaph

Spike Milligan wrote his own tombstone epitaph - "I told you I was ill". To me, that was brilliant and I believe they have put it on his headstone, in Gaelic.

What would you want on your headstone? I'm going to be cremated (not yet, I hope) but, if I were to have a tombstone, it would have to be along the lines of:-

Here lies Cath, she did her best.
She's gone to her Eternal Rest.
She was a roaming Lanc'shire Lass.
Now, walk on.
Please Keep Off The Grass.

What would you say?

I want my ashes scattered, so no tombstone. However, if I had one, it wouldn't say, like the spinster ex-postmistress "Returned unopened"!

I think I'd like "Whooarr!"

At the moment i'd probably want never again, but when i've got rid of this hangover and after a good nights sleep it would probably be something totally differant. As yet i don't know what, shall have to think on that one.

What would be your epitaph?

Sorry if it's a bit morbid but I'm sure we can be creative here...

Mine would be

The only things I regret are the things I didn't do!
