Re: Exposed Bump.
I wonder if Brazil had anything to do with that:D

Re: Exposed Bump.
I think it looks hideous. I wore a garment that could have accommodated a whole tribe of bedouins and still felt that I looked awful......I think egg-laying would be a far superior way of continuing the human race.

Re: Exposed Bump.
I actually like to see a nice stretch mark free tanned bump on show (without piercing that is!) :)
In my opinion it looks nice on some and hideous on others. I think a little showing is fine but draw the line a seeing the top of babys exit route! I wore my belly out at home but put it away when I went out!! :D Rindy your post had me chuckling it reminded me of my sisters hideous maternity wear, one look like Princess Di with the sailor collars and the other look like a gypo in a Billy Smart marquee. :o Thank god i was fashionable at for a least one period of my life!!! ;) |
Re: Exposed Bump.
i see it all the time at work and i agree that on some it looks ok on others well yuk!!!

Re: Exposed Bump.
As with most fashions this is probably just a fad which will eventually disappear and then make a comeback in 20-30 years time. I think it looks horrendous on most people, very few women have the perfect ovoid, stretch mark free bump. A lot of pregnant women will develop stretch marks, spots, boils or hair on their abdomens at some point in a pregnancy. Why would anyone want to show that off.....

Re: Exposed Bump.
I certainly didn't bare my bump in public, dont think it looks good at all, I think it looks much better in proper maternity clothes that are cut to fit, I think the problem these days is that the girls try not to put any weight on and still fit into size 8 jeans, thats just wrong.
