Thats true Spuggie, I also think that people assume others will be offended when really they dont care, I work with several people with Muslim beliefs, they keep their beliefs to themselves, they dont pull their faces if someone is eating ham butties etc its each to their own.

Where i work the only thing that matters is if you ar catholic or prodestant they dont worry about the rest. Its multi cultural multi lingual and for the most part we get on.

The attitude that would be taken up here is that if the muslim community dont like it they can lump it. There is not this yes sir no sir three bags full sir attitude. The kids like Piglet and what about the film Babe would that have to be banned as well.

Spuggie I agree very much with that, my partner is from Greenock and I know he would really like to move back to Scotland at some point, the no no nonsense attitude is great, just not keen on women being kept in their place!

What a ridiculous notion. If anyone complained to me about having a photo, cuddly toy or figurine of a pig in my workplace, I would tell them where to get off... It is this so-called PC attitude that is completely ruining integration. I find it diffucult to believe that the wider Islamic community actually give a toss about the fact that some of us find pigs cute/tasty... I think that a lot of Moslems are probably just as peeved as we are with all this drivel...

I asked this question in work and people thought I had lost my marbles completely. When I explained why I asked the vast majority of replies cannot be printed here and of those of the faith in question they are confused as to why this has happened especially as it is a toy for children. Not surewhat the outcome will be but the way things are going is anything of a childs a childs anymore?
