Well there is a case up here were justice wants to help the public because a gent has just been released and everyone in the justice system knows he will reoffend and they can do nothing to stop it. The system that cannot stop a violent person being released also let another violent prisoner out on day release and dont bat an eyelid. It seems a major overhaul is needed and it could end up being guillty until proven innocent as TB wants.
