Her should get nowt as far as i am concerned.The loss of his legf is retribution for what he did to the girls.There is a god as one can see.

Any money he does get should either go to his past victims or if they don't want it, then to charity. He doesn't deserve a penny.

He would drag it through the courts on the basis it is for his loss and that he was punished for his crime. :( The victims if they wanted it would have a long wait.

Heard a Jeremy Vine interview the other day on this (only a slice you understand as dinnertime) and a gentleman was giving another slant to it all, in that he did not seek all this publicity and it was the media who swept him along, also the £ 50,000 compensation was not his figure; again one that the Daily Mail etc., has quoted. Always another side to situations sometimes. I agree that any compensation due should be payed otherwise where do we go from here ? A past shoplifter gets his hand blown off, but we all consider a good thing so tough !
Only private thought I have on this that is was the wrong member that was lost.

whereas i do agree he's done the time but three yrs for that? three yrs for a lifetime of mental anguish for his victims?

he shudnt get anything and then he'll realise what he's put them thru as he wakes up every morning and having to remember i cant walk.

Garinda: Wasn't arguing one way or t'other, just seems plausible that the press will be loving this story and will milk it for all its worth, maybe adding bits as they go along.

Not negating his crime either as you will notice by my latter comment.
