It could very easily have been.....but seeing as this Person labelled the column 'MR Angry' I am quite prepared to take their word for it......anyway i think only a man would stress about the things written about in that column...women are far too busy doing other things.

I'm surprised the police haven't been knocking on your door Margaret, asking if you knew the whereabouts of Mr Angry. Last seen running away from a certain Mrs Angry Pilkington who's blood was boiling after reading his latest column.

No Gayle......I can't say my blood has ever boiled, but I won't say that I didn't wish him a particularly nasty end. I think it was th Ossy Mafia that got him in the end!

Probably, after the Accy Obs had printed all its weekly news about me and PB there was no room for anyone else to squeeze in.

And to be honest I think calling him a 'Flatulent Bumhole' was a bit of a compliment.

Re: Mr Angry In 'missing' Shocker

What I really meant to say was 'a useless, flatulent bumhole'.

Me too Panther ... all tongue in cheek stuff anyway and not to be taken too seriously.
Thought of replacement by a reporter writing about her training up to April on the London Marathon sounds a big yawn to me.
Lady at work did this (don't get me wrong did admire her) but tales of pulled muscles, dodging the traffic, treading through the snow, sleep patterns, better times per mile zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz falling asleep just thinking about it. Will try and reserve judgement, will try, will try zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I wonder if there is any correlation between the fact that Mr Angry is leaving and so is our good friend Vitty?

Course Gayle, but didn't actually realise until the end. Vitty was leaving anyway for new horizons (best of luck Vitty) .. so all good fun at the end of the day. Still don't find a lead up to the London Marathon terribly exciting .. why don't they bring back your column ?? At least never knew what was coming next. Don't also find your diet marathon in the same category .. something close to all our hearts. This is one too many though .. smoking cessation, eating cessation and now lack of exercise cessation. All for good causes I know, but Observer now in danger of becoming a charity raising paper !

 I think Vitty mentioned before that in fact the Mr Angry column was done on a rota. When it was his turn, he gave us a clue as to what was going to make his blood boil that week, I seem to remember.
