Yes, it is pretty thick now. I have to go out and collect Zack soon from Accrington, erk, not looking forward to that drive. Then we were supposed to be going to Preston tonight although I was thinking of not going anyway because I'm not up to it but I might use the snow as my excuse! lol

Blaming thick & fast up here ~ Blizzard conditions too that wind has certainly got up if this keeps up we could be well snowed in & cut off up here:eek: scary!

I decided to walk rather than take the car, and was assulted by snowballers.

They got a mouthful back........of snow!

Get your cameras out and take some snaps while the snow is here.

i think the gritter got stuck up ormerod st earlier he he i turned off to get out way . lovely practise this for my hols ha ha ha

That gritter didn't get all the way up here. Cars were slithering about all over the place. A council truck and a man with a shovel came and managed to get past the cars which were skewed about all over the road and he chucked some sand onto the road. Willows Lane is a bit better but Ormerod St not good.
