You do realise sparkie that those guys who punched you with out a seconds though will go int o arelationship and be beating whatever girl it is black n blue, and maybe over many years if shes daft enough to stay.
This week there's been two stories in local newspapers one the town one way nuneaton, the other a town the tamworth. the tamworth one went back after a beating cos she found out she was pregnant. when he punched her again, she left him, when he came to collect the kid for visiting rights, he punched that hard he cracked her skull, the proceeded to take her in the bathroom to try to bath her to wash the blood off so the kid wouldnt see it. She was a pretty girl who could have got any guy she wanted, she still pretty but one eye is out of shape and her smiles not quite right, prob due to the metal plate in her head.
he's got 30 months, probably serve half that at most, she's got to carry the scars forever.
SO when something is done, not a lot is done, the punishment is pitiful.
They give people bigger sentences for fraud.
I believe the two crimes stated her to be of the worse kind, they're crimes against a persons actual body, they are comparable to rape, and the culprits will go on to do it again, yet the courts give them a tap on the wrist most of the time, if that. They are scum, they should be locked up away from decent people away from society.

Re: Police Waiting Times

The police came back the night after at 8pm to ask alec some questions and he took some brief notes. He then came back again the night after that with the statement all printed for Alec to sign and me to counter-sign with him being a minor. So in total i had the police up 3 nights in a run !
The officer, who i will add was very nice is STILL waiting for the headmaster MR BATEMAN of MOORHEAD HIGH SCHOOL to ring through with the names, details and addresses of these kids. The police officer has told us that if he still hasnt handed over the names and details by Monday when the officer is back on day shift he will go to the school himself for them.
I was at Parents evening on Tuesday night and allmost every one of Alecs teachers had heard about what had happened. Even they have told me that one of the lads involved was a well known bully in school and had hit other kids before and got away with it.
It turns out that two of the lads that was assaulting Alec donot actually attend Moorhead but actually go to Mount Carmel. The headmaster of Moorhead HAS BEEN GIVEN THE NAMES of the other two from a witness who is the same age as Alec but wishes to remain annonymous.

I will keep you posted.

Chrissie

ps, luckily for Alec he is so thick skinned no bruising on his face was evident apart from red marks but he did have one in his scalp. The police have photographed this.

At least they are still chasing it as opposed to just letting it slip away.

Alec came home from school yesterday after having done his library duties and a meeting for his Duke of Edinburgh in tears. After coaxing what was wrong with it turned out that as he had left the school gates 2 asians and a white boy had set upton him, pinning him down to the floor and using his head as a football.
Thats disgusting, hope Alec is well both physically and mentally.

About 2 months ago an asian lad was beaten up outside Witton High school in Blackburn, the police treated it as racially motivated and launched a full scale hunt for two offenders, which included a search of witton park using the force helicopter. Something's not right is it!!!

Again Chrissie hope everything is OK.

The police used to be on the ball when chasing us lot out of the park.:biggrin8:

Being chased by the police who were never fast enough (they actually patrolled on foot back then in the dark ages). :D

Now if I see one on foot I wonder if he has had his car pinched.
