Ok bit mad but just wondering if anyone else has this problem!! I drive a fair bit and have noticed that my right arm is looking amazingly tanned, only thing is my left arm is really white lol, so has anyone else noticed this and has anyone come up with a solution , and please dont say sit in the passenger seat, my g/f suggested this, but when the police pulled me the other night they werent to sypathetic about my uneven tan

Yep, with you there. Worse still is quarter forehead from the sunroof. Not only that I can feel the over exposed bit stretching tighter as the evening goes on.

Suggestions: -

1. Stop being such a poser and putting yer arm out of the car whilst driving.

2. Be well dressed and wear a long sleeve shirt.

3. Drive south in the morning and north in the afternoon. (hope I got that correct)

Unless you can master driving backwards you are stumped.:(

You could always go for half a St. Tropez, which isn't like half a Brazilian by the way.:D

I don't get it that bad, cos I never have the window down, I open the passenger window rather than the drivers, it's less noisey.

No, if Inspector Gadget made him some special glasses, which meant he could sit in the driver's seat, and drive facing backwards, his left arm could be tanning daintly through his window.

I've been driving professionally for over 30 years and I haven't found a way to cure it except drive all day with my jacket on or a long sleeved shirt, which is not always comfortable on hot sunny days. I guess it just goes with the job, you gotta live with it.

Red arms nothing though!

I was gardening and have half a tanned face!

How do owls turn their heads right round?

I could then weed and follow the sun round to stop this hideous calamaity from happening to me again.:(

On reflection, apologies Garinda, didn't get that right, did I ? Would still be the same arm.

Only one thing for it, get a decent car with air conditioning as works best when window closed, then you won't have a problem.
