They also didn't say when to put in the stock in the paper, but you could add whatever you wanted to it really.

Thanks chuck, your  ahoney! I'll practise it an make it for when you come out here! made a couple of smashing curries on the weekend as we had some of the neighbours round and topped it off with an excellent winter warmer.....Jelly shooters! yum! weather getting a bit nippy now, snow flurries expected this week!
