Right the parkin has just been sliced ( chisseled more like) and I am not very happy. So just for you lot ( see how good I am ) I am having another bash at it.............. the first attempt was too crumbly and too dry, dunno what went wrong, but hey trial and error.

Sorry to break up the flow of conversation, but could you describe this Parkin to me? Sounds delightful but hate me mouth watering over something that may be on par with haggis or black pudding!
