Well done glasgow guy. I would have shook your hand if you was my work mate.

CANNOT understand why they said you was a grass

I wonder if them idiots had knocked over and killed one of their chidren ( god forbidd) that they would have been keen to turn a blind eye to them being drunk and driving?? Drunk Idiots on the road kill alot of innocent people, and deserve far worse than a ban.:(

Well done Glasgow Guy, it could have been my child or anyone elses child or relative or friend whose life you have saved. That is what you are, a LIFESAVER, don't let anyone tell you any different.
Whats the betting that the "mates" that called you a grass also drink and drive. I HATE drink drivers, they are selfish potential murderers.

A law abiding citizen. Let the greif flow away and ask the guy's at work when are they going to get caught? Lay odds on them drink driving on the odd occasion thats why the grief they feel threatened.

It could have been a child's life in our case too - that was the point I was making. We got hit by a drunk driver (or at least we assume it was a drunk driver because it was a hit and run.) If the timing had been slightly different the car would have driven into the side of our car and we had children in the car at the time. I don't even want to think about what that outcome would have been.

You totally did the right thing.

Yeah well done glasgow guy , you did the right thing .. your workmates would have prob taken a different attitude if it had been them in your shoes , so dont worry bout them . some folk say that, until its them thats got to do the grassing ..

I dont think you grassed , you did what was right and prob saved someone from getting seriously hurt so good on ya

if it had been me i wouldnt hesitate .. i cant and wont tolerate bullies esp drunken ones ..

My Mum did a similar thing whilst waiting to pick up my nephew and niece from the school bus.

A well known Ossy builder staggered out of the Tinker and Budget pub. He was so p*ssed he crossed Union Road on his hands knees. He then got in his car and somehow drove off.

So angry, my Mum, went into the pub and called 999. He later received a ban, but is sadly now back on the roads.:(
