Thought about swapping to British gas earlier this year,they sent me a lovely letter thanking me for swapping and then asked for deposit of £300 [which they were gonna keep for a year!] because my address has a bad credit record-nowt to do with me!
So you can imagine where the letter went and I am still with Scottish Power;am sure I am paying over the odds;have Economy 7 and ancient storage heaters and my dual fuel bill is £86 a month!
