You are almost right there Mel.
We need some Land Rover driving vigilantes with dig bull bars on the front. They can drive up and down Blackburn road tearing the sides off the illegally parked cars.
I think it will the classed as the car owners fault anyway if they are illegally parked. :D

All we need know is a mad driver in a Land Rover, unfortunately Chav drives a womans car.

Which sides will you tear off? If you tear off the illegally parked side you'd have to drive down the pavement to do that. ;)

Bollards madam bollards.

Bollards stop cars parking on the footpath, they don't always look very nice but they do work. Then again so should the Police.
