Well i havent heard anything yet with regard to my meter change that got messed up, as assured by the manager of N power. I have just drafted out my complaint email & if nothing today then it will be sent later, also will be in touch with offgem & pursuit of compensation & over charges!! I've had enough of being messed about :(

Dont blame you at all Mel, its ridiculous that a big company like this cant do the simplest of jobs.

I too im waiting in for the inspector to come and see what work needs doing on my house!!..........AGAIN!!
wouldnt mind but I been waiting since NOVEMBER for this work to be finished!!
think Ill ask for compensation! waste of bloody time!

Well well still no phone call - they have had 48hrs to sort out a re-arrangement of meter booking & still i've heard nothing - so BOOM goes my complaint email to the manager sent now!!

Well its the 27th my turn to wait in again Mel:D they said 8am to 12 noon with a phone call 1/2 hour before they turn up so we will see.

Well my saga is still that no other appointment has been made nor have they contacted me regarding meter change its been 7 days since, in meantime im still paying high rate leccy - which for the 1st time didnt last long & had to do an emergency shop run for leccy:angry:

I've a feeling offgem is going to get involved in this by friday when i take it further after giving them enough chance!!

If at least 4 members on here have had problems then how many around the country, no wonder its bad service, hope you all get sorted today:)

Well things are looking up , i have just had a phone call of them saying they would be here in 10 mins to change the meter :)

Least u got sorted Mick eventually:D - now tinks turn hope her 1st time is lucky lol, whereas me got a feeling i've a long wait & battle to come!:(

LOL! Well he's just turned up but was given the wrong information. He was told it was exchanging a 2 Rate meter for another 2 Rate meter, so he has to come back ..... :rofl38: Useless I tell ya :rolleyes:
