The Truth About Size Zero

Did anyone else watch this, quite shocking that women go to these lengths to look good, or think they look good. Personally I dont think they look good. I hope some young impressionable girls watched this last night and realised the harsh reality, think Louise Rednapp did a good job.
Anyway whilst I was watching it I ate
1 bag of Walkers crisps
1 mini Twix
1 mini Milky Way
1 small bag of Malteasers
1 mini Snickers
1 mint Vicount biscuit
1 small bag Haribo Starmix:D

So I'll never be a size zero!

You missed a good programme Panther, it was an eye opener as to the health risks etc, yes a size zero is a uk 4 and although you get people who are naturally that slim, not many I'd say. Louise Rednapp already a slim size 8 followed a strict diet and exercise regime under medical supervision for 30 days to achieve the goal of size zero. It was interesting to watch, I'm sure it'll be repeated on ITV2

You should be ashamed of yourself , that would feed a family in some parts of the world for a week , not counting all the greenhouse gas you probably produced :D :D :D :D

Gawd lowest i can go is size 10 or stretching at 8 as thats my bone structure with no meat on it & look positively anorexic at size 10

Thankfully im a happy medium size as i should be [recent mot check at docs said so too im bang on the right bmi with room to spare] & im staying that way suits me sir:D Women are supposed to have lumps, humps & bumps - thats what makes us interesting & sexy not looking like an ironing board!!

I think this zero is basically an easy route for manufacturers to skimp on material & why cant they see as much as everyone is individual so is dress size - god made variation of choices in people so should it be with the clothes as well!!! I'd rather be healthy than ill, there is enough starving people in the world with famine whom dont get a choice like our self obsessed developed world! Thing is best way to stop this ridiculous idea is not to lose weight or get to size zero/4 then there'll be no market - no sales - no reason to make or sell that size!!

Anyone size 8+ ......upwards be proud of being you - well done!:D:D

Re: The Truth About Size Zero

Is this size zero a woman invention or male ??? Be interesting on male perspectives as face it us girls do an awful lot at times to look nice for usually male attention involved somewhere along the line:D

Is the ironing board a hit or is it the lovely lady lumps & humps??

I know Jamie Rednapp [louises husband] is not best pleased about her doing this experiment, looked very worried indeed.

Good question. It is still a mainly homosexual group of male designers, and a tiny handful of women like Anna Wintour, editor of American Vogue, who dictate what is, and isn't fashionable....and it still continues. Sad.

Blimey I went into Asda tother day. saw a Lovely top and thought " hmm thats nice wonder what size it is"? it said size 4  I said to ginger " is this the kids section"? and thought the clothes looked too grown up for kids. I moved along the clothing to a top that I knew would be for women.....size 4......hmmm I was very confused. I didn't even know they had started selling that size. Maybe America but I wouldn't have thought there would be much call for it here. Too many kebab shops :D

For girls that means fitting into a pair of jeans with a 22-inch waist - that of an average British eight-year-old.
