They will reoffend , and you watch they will do it again ! Even if its not in a school! They will be after kids again and will do the same sick joke.

They won't be able to reoffend while working in any official capacity as they would have to be CRB checked if they tried to work with children again, even voluntary work. The conviction would mean they wouldn't be employed. My daughter went as a helper on my granddaughter's school trip and had to produce her CRB certificate (being a Brown Owl, of course, she has one - renewed every year) before they would accept her.

It's the ones who haven't been caught who are the problem.

The pair were both given six-month prison sentences, suspended for two years, and ordered to sign the sex offenders' register for seven years.




So the dirty little pervs didnt even get sent down...........my god what is the justice system coming to.....all this means is if they reoffend in the next 2 years they will be jailed ..but they both walk free...to maybe go onto something worse ...

It frightens me Willow my little girl is in reception class at the mo and I know she's trusting of everyone.

While I can understand the disgust things like this generate I think we should also bear in mind that 99.9% of primary school teachers are not like these two. No system is foolproof.
