Just sat here reading some views passing time away and a thought just came into my head, "what did we do before computers". I can't remember! Same with mobile phones how did we keep in contact with everyone?


Could anyone live without them now? I don't think i could?!?:Banane37:

I had a social life, my ironing was always done and I had a clean house......not to mention early nights lol :D:D

computers like this have only been around for what ....since 1992 (about), only had the black screen ones before that!! not the ones for really going online:D so samF you only 15 about???

anyway back to topic, i used to also have a life going pubs and sleeping all day, ahhhh them where the days, now im a mother with 2 kids and come on here when i can, which is not very often because the kids always want it:rolleyes:

hehehe that is the beauty of just getting my own laptop. They can argue all they want about the pc now......but no-one gets on my lappy apart from me :D

well i think we all sat with the t.v. but it could have been the radio for me but a lot of things as changed now i found the accy web

Yes...it was TV, Radio, listening to records, reading, knitting......I used to sew and make my daughters clothes...No clothes in Asda then.....I read a lot (and still do) home cooking, cleaning up walking the dog........those were the things that took up my leisure time.
