Those students last year had some great design ideas for Accrington town centre but I bet none of them have been taken seriously. There is such great potential here but HBC always seems to opt for the dullest and least imaginative alternative - for an example look at the Bradshaw Street area. Why did they pick the most boring of those designs? Ah well, at least it's got a wiggly wall that's something I suppose.
