I think Accy is an equal dump to be truthful. I would rather invest in a hotel premises near oswaldtwistle mills any day than premises in accy. I cant even think of a decent location for a hotel in accy... maybe near the police station, though I'd be too tempted to go up into baxenden then...

did the commericial sell for auction, and the building next to it?
thought they were gonna do something with it

commercial was a good pub used to have a laugh in there!
shame its gone to ruins:(
