My old man passed away last year.He knew he was going (cancer), but didn't make many plans,let alone a will.In retrospect, I think it's prudent to make plans.(i.e a will and funeral arrangements) Let's face it, we're not here immortally ! I'm only in me thirties,still in me prime yet,but you don't know what lies around the corner !! And when my time on this earth is done, I wouldn't want any nasty surprises for my nearest and dearest.!! now my ex is another matter :):):)
