According to the article Hyndburn won't be going back to weekly collections, but then again according to his holiness PB we already have them;

whats the problem with fortnightly collections?
i dont have a problem, i recycle, therefore i dont have that many bin bags, if we didnt have the wheelie bins then yes there would be a problem, but the rubbish as a lid on it nothing can get to it, so whats all the fuss??:rolleyes:
