just to follow on from "steeljack's" thread about old stuff in the cupboard
what is the oldest working appliance you have ?
my brother is going to shoot me for this,:D
he has a new world 75 gas cooker circa 1940 and its still in good working order and is used all the time.
by the way if you find any info on this cooker it would be nice to know ta
we once went round a museum in Manchester and they have newer models in there hehe

well they do say if its working use it ...they don't make these things to last these day's.

(or as the saying goes...if its working don't meddle with it )

and my mop, bucket, dusters and furniture polish!

Why don't they make toilets out of brown porcelain then I wouldn't have to clean it every two years?
