She courted the devil now it want's her to dance to his tune she's shouting foul. The innocent victim is their daughter whom she is now using as an excuse to dump the press the very people she went to for publicity.quote "Who said I wanted any money" more believable would have been "I don't want any money" I'll bet.

She seemed to turn those tears on and off at will.

I don't know how much greed comes into it. Didn't he offer her more if she would agree not to discuss their marriage in public?

As for reading the tabloids, it may surprise Ms Mills/McCartney that there are other stories in them and even some news topics.

If his attitude and treatment of her changed (as she claims) who can really blame him when he heard about those Saudi Princes who paid her for company.

I would blame him if he was an ordinary chap. What’s in the past should stay there in my opinion. But an ordinary man he is not. Mills was no hard done by mother attempting to make ends meet and “doing” what she felt she “had to do” to put food on the table ( be it with Arabs or anyone else) it’s history though and to my mind it should remain history.
McCartney will have had her vetted pretty damned well before any marriage, there’s millions at stake. He knew exactly what he was getting into I would hazard. Mills may or may not have been in “Gold digger” mode when they got wed, only she knows.
It’s just a shame for the child. I’m just tired, like most others, of seeing such a farce made out of something so many others attempt to endure with some grace and dignity.

To be honest I hadn't read much about the McCartney's divorce - mainly cos I wasn't that interested but in her interview on GMTV yesterday she came accross as totally false in everything she said - she wasn't even very good at turning on the false tears. One paper described it as 'unhinged ranting' and I've got to say I agree. Pathetic is the word that springs to mind.

Normally I would sympathise with anyone who gets on the wrong side of The Sun, a newspaper that loves to sensationalise in the worst possible way. The trouble with this lady is that she courted publicity even before she married McCartney and once they split up she began to use the Press, as she thought, to her own advantage. Unfortunately, for her, she seems to have spent a lot of her adult life lieing and pretending about herself and much of her fantasy life has now been disproved. She is reaping what she has sown.

I bet the McCartney children are thinking 'we told you so'.

'She was/is a gold digging strumpet'.

Still, at least he might now stop dying his hair that peculiar conker colour.

It'd serve her right if they reduce her settlement for being so bloody greedy!

Re: Poor Lady mcCartney

£24m is a damn site more than the vast majority of people will ever see. Complained about being in the press too much because people are mean to her and has now admitted that she is going abroad - and then has the nerve to appeal against the decision. What has she done to earn that £24m? Or more? The problem with the truth is that sometimes it hurts, thats perhaps why she didnt like all the press coverage - because it called her for what she is...

i thought she was appealing about the Judge releasing the details of the settlement in the public domain?

Re: Poor Lady mcCartney

What the hell has she done to deserve such a large sum?
I don't like Paul mccartney but it's his hard earned money she has fleeced.
Guess she was a gold digger after all.
Linda must be turning in her grave.
