It's snowing like a son of a gun ... right now ... as we speak. Beautiful big fluffy flakes ... love it ... want more ... I'm off out for a stroll in the snow.

I think I'm going for my second childhood ... I went out into my yard and made snow angels ... maybe I'll build a snowman once I dry off.

Next time you have snow on the ground, run outside and make snow angels and then have some hot chocolate (with rum).:D

:( I hope that won't be this year. I do not like snow. I do not like when it gets trampled and packed hard and becomes very slippery. I can't balance then and I become virtually housebound.

In a county like ours, where snow is a given, we plow our streets and our sidewalks (pavements?) so that folks can get around. Whenever it snows the city crews are out with the snowplows making sure that the streets and the sidewalks are safe to drive and to walk on. Winter can be fun; when I came here I learned how to skate and ski. Enjoying winter is a blast .... and what would life be withour hockey!:D
