Ive just had a call the tell me that jimmy the landlord at the queens in Church as died this evenning from a heart attack

Just been told tonight that another landlord has died, from the Victoria on Manchester Rd, anyone confirm this?? Entwisi - you go in there don't you?

Sister and hubby were supposed to be having dinner with him today along with the landlord and landlady of The Bay Horse...apparently it is true , yes

Dennis was 54. He collapased last night at 7pm with a brain hemorrage. He died at 5 this morning. I got a call this afternoon and we went in for the impromptu wake.

He was a very decent man and it has been a pleasure to have known him. He will be sadly missed around Baxenden and Clayton where he had a pub before the Vic.
