Knickers ..!! Wash yer mouth out Cashy, panties/briefs these days ... :D

OK .. would you sue if it were a child on their playground ? No.. just accidents ... unless the equipment was faulty. Broke one or two bones/busted noses down Higham's Playing Fields when I was younger .. sure they have covered all aspects of this, including 'at your own risk' .. Gawd, you lot so cynical and negative

Provided the equipment isn't faulty if someone fell off they wouldn't have a leg to stand on trying to sue the council.

Why not?

Was it the pink National Health specs, with the one lens plastered over?

The dew drop off the end of her nose?

The constanly oozing scab on her knee?

God, you were fussy.

:D

Playgrounds for the elderly are the councils way of freeing up much needed housing space in care homes and the like (so don't knock it)

Elimination of the weak, survival of the fittest... yeh I agree with that completely.

If anyone is concerned about their elderly relatives breaking a hip on the equipment then you'll simply have to take them yourself then wont you!?
