Whilst the birch is out, these clowns could do with a few lashes too. Dr Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury also the UK’s four children’s commissioners think we are being too hard on our youth. We are too punitive and demonise the youth - Child detention levels 'alarming'

When is this bloke going Williams going to wind his neck in and keep it in.
