I always put more salt on Fish and Chips when i get home anyway!

The number of holes is totally irrelevant. As Katex said most people's salt pots at home have only the one hole anyway. You shake it enough times to get the required amount out. It's nothing to do with how many holes you have. It's got to be a wind up.

Yes I know - but the point I'm making is that if we at home can manage to get enough salt out of one hole then reducing the number of holes in the chip shop isn't going to make a ha'porth of difference. Even if they reduced it to just one hole like we have at home we would still be able to put enough salt on.
