Why set off fireworks through the day when you cant see the bright explosions, how stupid and what a waste of money

We get them all the time,sounds like they are being let off on Bolton Avenue or somewhere very close to it,sometimes late at night and sometimes during the day which is the most pointless thing ever!
Very very annoying!
