Knocked it off as a joke thread at first.. but the Russians have slammed em with serious weapons..funny thing is the Yanks will do nothing to help the victims.. were as they would have supported them say 20yrs ago... Russia can do whatever it likes in the area .britain and America won't lift a finger.. because we are afriad !

The American secretary of State under the control of Bush say's no action will be taken..no surprise..these people talk hard but as some have said..they don't have the forces to spread around and the Russians know it.. just like they have always done

Think you've had a bit too much rum over yonder Roy.
Our pitiful little island is most definitely scared. The government wouldn't dream of ever coming into conflict with Russia, Iran or China. We'd be crushed.

not the West's problem , 15 years later I'm still confused about who were the good guys in the Balkan wars , Croat, Serbs or Bosnians , this seems to be similar ....who are the good guys , Russia , Georgians or the South Ossetians
