I’m sure my mother used to drink some raw eggs with a shot of dark rum in when she was expecting my sister. Maybe it’s my memory, sure gran told her it was a pick me up of sorts. Whats wrong with raw eggs anyway

risk of salmonella..... advice in pregnancy changes all the time, when i was pregnant with Tyler you werent supposed to have peanuts or prawns.... this time ive been told i can have peanuts and prawns (but only if the prawns are cooked)

we looked at this when i was training and once upon a time (lol) new mothers were advsed to have a cig and an alcoholic drink while breast feeding to help them relax lol

I often blend a raw egg -with kefir yogurt, banana and honey for breakfast.
The eggs are free range (can see the hens from my kitchen window) - I wouldn't risk it with shop bought eggs because their 'free range' sometimes aren't.
