Doesn't need to be built entirely of Nori bricks.2 courses constitutes a damp course.

As Willow said, a very sad day for Accrington. :(

Ps....I saw the news and I think the council leader would soon be slagged off if he didn't make a comment on something like this. :rolleyes:

spent many a happy year working there in the past.

as did my brothers the comradery was brilliant
our LEB still works there at least, for the short term

I have installed damp proof courses into nori brick walls, the brick itself will not take the fluid, the mortar is porous and therefore the dpc had to be installed into the joints, some dpc companies will drill the bricks and try to inject fluid into them, waste of time, the mortar is what needs to be damp proofed, not the brick!
