The child should be taken into to care ASAP and no debating ab out it.
If the mother thinks smoking at 3 is ok God knows what she will think is suitable for a 6 year old!!!

OK , understand your point of view , the 3 yr old smoker was just an extreme example of bad parenting , but where do you draw the line , lots of posts here on Accy web about "anti social feral youth gangs" and something should be done .....but what is the solution ? , are 10/11/12 year olds caught drinking to be put into care because of lazy non-caring parents?.
If a 14 yr old (who can pass as an 18 yr old) gets pregnant by her 19 yr old boyfriend are we going to charge him with rape ? ( check out the thread on age differences in relationships)
I'm just asking questions here , I don't have any answers , I'm just as confused about what is happening to todays kids as anyone and I'm lost for answers . :confused:
