Fine, Speeding, Court Ect
As above, fine's seem a plenty in todays order, so much so some might say that the police are more like revenue collectors.
So my question is where does all this money go from the likes of Speeding and other motoring offences. Public order and other offences. Ect / Ect. I have an idea but would like other people's opinion first. |

Based on some info I have seen. BUT I cannot confirm this is correct, hence why I would like to debate the issue. The fines Ect are paid to investors (dont know who this is/could be), the investors have paid the goverment an agreed price up front for the right to collect the fines, and have access to the revenue stream generated from it. I will try to find the video (as it goes intoa lot more details) I watched and made me think as I orgionally though it went to the goverment. I thought I would see what others though also. |

Our government tells porkies, and they have a purpose - greed/corruption PS - traffic wardens now have a card which they can produce to gain entry to your home - now what purpose is that? Maybe to take on police duties when police are busy. Busy with what ?- maybe civil unrest on a large scale. |

If you know a traffic warden well - just ask - don't expect him to say 'yes I have', but watch how it makes him look uncomfortable to be asked PS it was on Yahoo news but has now been removed http://uk.news.yahoo.com/4/20090322/...d-dba1618.html |
Re: Fine, Speeding, Court Ect
The bloke in the video is only talking about speeding fines...why does he feel the need to get togged up as if he's on his way to rob a security van?
