I thought all of Accrington got there free Hessian bags they where giving out on Broadway and again on the market .
you had a choice of a long handled one or a short one we got both:D

Been down town a few times and still havn't seen anyone handing these out! WH Smiths now charge 1p for theirs! Still dont believe a great deal will be achieved by this, other forms of excess packaging are much more of a problem, but equally more of a problem for Government/Councils to deal with, so its easier for them to target individuals!

My Daughter does my shopping and has a stack of reusable bags, but 15p for a bag, you can shove that were monkeys shove nuts:rolleyes:
