he would probably fit in living in accrington as well as maybe joining the PCSO brigade as a plastic policeman, did he also get convicted of impersonating a police officer, if he is on the sex offenders register he might be relocated to HIGHFIELD HOUSE at the top of LYDIA STREET until he finds accomodation,and yes i am now residing in BLACKBURN,As i have said many times on this website i did a stupid thing and i just want to try to live my life in peace and get on with it, so please dont put me in the same class as him as i have never impersonated a police officer or intentionally sexually assaulted anyone,male or female,check my CRB record or read the reports in the local papers.1 CONVICTION ONLY,6 CHARGES DROPPED (NOT GUILTY VERDICTS GIVEN) If anyone feels threatened by this person moving to the local area they can contact the PPU at accrington police station to voice there concerns,he will be closely monitered and will have to inform the police every 12 months of his home address etc, i notice that there was no picture in the blackpool gazette of him,so how will people know him if he moves to Accrington,Maybe the LET publish a photo of him,at least now you lot have someone else to slag off.

TEENAGER BREACHED SEX ORDER

A Teenager on the sex offender's register has admitted breaching his prevention order. Clayton-Lee Randal Taylor, 19 of Craven Street, Accrington, who also goes by the alias Miller McLeod, pleaded guilty to being in the company of two 15 year old boys - an act prohibited by his sexual offences prevention order imposed at Blackpool on September 1.

He was bailed for reports and will appear at Burnley Crown Court on December 9. A second charge of failing to notify authorities that he changed his name by deed poll was discharged.

hi, there just noticed this website! im the one who created the group on facebook, unfortunatley it was removed by facebook, for violating terms and conditions, allthough i saw nothing wrong with it? It says he was bailed in the paper .. he was actually remanded in custody, untill the 9th and now is a free man .. he is a very dangerous person, i must warn you of this, believe it or not, he was my close friend for a few months and then i found about this, which he lied and lied about it to me, eventually hes done a moonlight flit, obviously to accrington, i hope you make his life hell, for all the evil lies he played on all of my friend and myself! Thank you.

when false claims are made the person making the false claim wether it be rape or abuse shoudl suffer the maximum scentence of the crime they falsly accused somone of x 2.Too many times women have cried rape and confessed to lying later in teh case only to walk away scott free while the poor sod they accused is labled a sex pest for life.Not only do they ruin a persons life for good but they also spit in teh face of genuine victims.

How do you prove it is a false claim?

If you accuse someone and they are not found guilty it does not mean you made a false claim in all cases.

im talking about cases where people fall apart in court and admit they made the whole story up to cover up a one night stand behind their partners back or were angry that the person they accused hadnt wanted to see them again or just general nastyness and spite.Whatever teh reason if it is CLEARLY evident the accusation was nothing more than fictotious then they accuser should be serverly punished .

im pretty sure genuine victims of rape or sexual abuse get very angry when stories of false accusations come to light and rightfully so

they should either protect the accused until proven guilty by not naming them in teh press etc or toughen up on people who make false accusations


im all for hanging sex offenders from a tree but in cases of sexual abuse or rape the accused shoudl be protected until proven guilty because they are crimes that even when teh person is found innocent the person can find themslves labled a sex pest for life

mud sticks is a very acurate phrase when it comes to sex crimes which is proven by the poor sod in katex's post who was harrased to teh point of it probably killing him despite been proven not guilty of what he was accused of

I agree 100% accyman, people should only be named when found guilty, and afforded the same rights as the victim. If as you say the so called victim makes a malicious claim of rape they should feel the full force of the law

Did you hear the interview with Debbie Davies (the widow of this poor man) ? If not get it on the player about 1/2 hour into Jeremy Vine's show ... was heartbreaking. Feel ashamed that some of our Accrington population can do things like this ... and young children too ! They admitted that they had made it all up !! Can you put it down to childish pranks or what ?? What type of influences in our world are there that encourages them to make up these horrendous lies ? :(
